Second Day of Don DeCapillingalong

Our First Day started out w/ the prescribed arrival time at the Dilling's house for a 7:30 am departure. I arrived on time. I think the Dilling's had longer night than I. I think we were on the road about 10:30 am.
Motorcycling is a sport. This sport comes in many faces. First day of departure always holds alot of anticiaption. Packing requires the skill of watch maker to make sure that all you may need on such a trip is engineered to fit. Whatever your missing, you do without. The thrill of motorcycling is a personal experience. Some like the Sunday cruise day, (I've done that before) where you can go about a leisure day of watching the world go by. But, finding a road that that begs to be ridden at speed that is within my limit along with alot of tight turns, alot of straight, flat roads... otherwise, any opportunity that lets you safely open up the throttle.

Hey Don, Hope your having a ball! Wish I could have gone along. Better yet, I wish I was in shape enough to go along. Long ride, but I bet it's fun for the most part.
You're fortunate to be able to do it with your daughter.
Ride safe my friend !

Happy to see you looking comfortable in the rider mode, dude. I haven't been on a bike since high school!

YOU GO GUYS! Charlie & Trudy of Peppertree are envious, wanting to get to Sturgis someday. We probably would trailer the bike though, not being as adventurous, nor in as good shape as you all.
Cool blog. . .
Happy Trails & few trials!
